Some organizations display all the “not so good” stuff , which customers do not like to hear or read about their purchase(s) in their terms and conditions .These conditions are either written on a huge paragraph in a very small font(may need a magnifier ) , so that it kills a readers interest to understand them. Other hand, certain organizations do not even mention anything, as they don’t seem these to be important. AVbyUSB is completely against these practices. All our terms and conditions are presented in a large, easy to read font for your convenience. Pricing on Our Website
All prices listed on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST(10%). We ensure that our pricing listed on our website is true, accurate and updated on a regular basis. If there are any pricing fluctuations , we adhere to the purchase price for the products that are already placed. However, any additional units are reflected as per amended pricing. By chance, If an ordered item is not in stock at our warehouse or with our suppliers, we will advice you of an ETA. Else we are happy to offer you a replacement model . Else if we cannot provide you a product that does not meet your expected delivery times or any replacement product, we are happy to organize a refund. The best way to discuss stock is to TALK TO US prior to placing an order so that our team can check and process your order accordingly.
Special promotions or discounts
AVbyUSB do offer special or promotional pricing at certain times. In certain situations, vendors or distributors do run promotions which we pass them onto our customers. The promotional pricing is carried for certain time frame only. We at AVbyUSB will advertise all the promotions made available to us and pass on discounts to our customers/clients. These promotions do have certain expiry period or continued until stock lasts. Promotions may end abruptly without any prior notice. We do not guarantee nor hold any responsibility of these promotions time frames nor stock. You are welcome to check with us before placing an order on a promotion.
Clearence Stock
Clearence stock is a bit different to that of promotional stock. Usually end of line (EOL) products are marked for clearance. In some scenarios we do mark refurbished and Ex-demo units as Clearence stock. Warranty on Clearence products may vary to that of standard or promotional stock. AVbyUSB adheres to warranty provided by the manufacturer in these instances. Further, warranty claim (if any) has to be logged through AVbyUSB.
Courier/Delivery
AVbyUSB sources products from multiple vendors and distributors which are located at various parts of Australia. In certain situations , products have to be dispatched from respective international warehouses. Primarily our courier depends on below scenarios:

Note: Generally couriers are delivered on weekdays and arrive between 8:30am to 5:30pm. We often get instructions such as “Call me when driver arrives”. Unfortunately , courier drivers are out of our control and they may or may not contact you as instructed.

Order Cancellation(s)
If you have placed an order for an incorrect item or have any concerns regarding the products you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and include your Order ID for reference. Orders typically require 1–3 hours for processing, though this may vary depending on the time of day.
We will do our best to assist with order cancellations prior to dispatch. However, if your order has already been dispatched(either from our or distributors warehouse), we will need to wait until it is delivered before proceeding further. In such cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange the return courier. Exceptions may apply and can be discussed with our team.
If you wish to cancel part or all of your order and request a refund, we will process it accordingly. Please note that merchant fees charged by the payment issuer are non-refundable.

Returns
Acceptance of product returns is subject solely to the discretion of the distributor or manufacturer. Returns are generally only permitted if the product is found to be faulty or non-functional upon arrival,commonly referred to as "Dead on Arrival" (DOA).

Utilizing a trackable service allows both parties to monitor the parcel’s location and status throughout the delivery process, providing added peace of mind in case of any issues such as a missing or delayed package.

Restocking Fees
Orders shipped directly from the AVbyUSB warehouse are not subject to any restocking fees in the event of a return. However, for orders dispatched from our distributors’ or manufacturers’ warehouses, a restocking fee may apply. This fee typically ranges from 10% to 25% of the total invoice amount, depending on the policies of the respective distributor or manufacturer.
