These terms and conditions apply to all your purchases and contain important information about your legal rights and obligations. Also includes limitations and exclusions that apply to you.

Pricing information

All prices listed on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inlcudes GST(10%). These terms apply to all your purchases made here at AVbyUSB.com.au. We ensure that all pricing listed on our website is true, accurate and updated on a regular basis. However, we do not hold any guarantee as prices may change any time without notice. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as dollar value fluctuations, price increase from vendors etc. We at AVbyUSB.com.au reserve full rights to reject or refuse an order, adjust terms and conditions in circumstances occurring out of our control such as price increases from vendors, product discontinued or stock availability. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior written notice, hence please check these carefully each time you place an order.

Special promotions or discounts

It is common for vendors or distributors to run promotions or special pricing on specific hardware or products. We at AVbyUSB will advertise all the promotions made available to us and pass on discounts to our customers/clients. Vendors may finish, cancel or remove a promotion any time . We do not guarantee nor hold any responsibility of these promotions time frames nor stock. You are welcome to check with us before placing an item.

Payments/ Refunds/Returns/Cancellations

Returns

Accepting returns is purely at Distributors or Manufacturers discretion. Products can only be returned if they arrive faulty or not working completely upon arrival (Dead on Arrival). In circumstances if product returns is/are accepted, Customer has to organise returns along with shipping costs(if any) and return address will be provided by AVbyUSB. We prioritize using trackable courier services for all shipments. This ensures that in the event of a missing parcel, its location and status can be easily monitored and traced throughout the delivery process.

Order Cancellation and Refunds

No Refunds for Incorrect Purchases or Changes of Mind. AVbyUSB maintains a strict no-refund policy for orders placed incorrectly or due to a change of mind. To ensure customer satisfaction, we strongly recommend:

1. Contacting our team to verify product suitability
2. Conducting thorough research on the desired products before purchase

Cancellation Window

Customers may cancel their order only if it has not yet been dispatched from:

• Our warehouse
• Our distributors' warehouses
• Our vendors' warehouses

Once an order has been dispatched, AVbyUSB cannot process cancellations.

Restocking Fees

Orders dispatched from AVbyUSB warehouse do not attract any restocking fee. However orderes disatched from our Distributors or Manufacturers warehouse may impose a restocking fee for returns, which may range from 10% to 25% of the invoice amount.We encourage all customers to make informed decisions before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience or additional charges.

Returns

Accepting returns is purely at Distributors or Manufacturers discretion. Products can only be returned if they arrive faulty or not working completely upon arrival (Dead on Arrival). In circumstances if we do accept returns, sender has to bear shipping costs and return address will be provided by us. Restocking fees may apply in some instances which is a minimum of 10%, however may vary (up to 25%) depending on brand or model or manufacturer. We expect product returned is in its original condition, if the product is deemed not in its original condition then we may at our discretion refuse to accept the return.

Stock Availability/Delivery Information

AVbyUSB purchases stock from multiple vendors or distributors and stock levels vary on a regular basis. AVbyUSB.com.au does not guarantee goods to be in stock. You can check with us before placing an order. Once you place the order with us and if the ordered unit is in stock , it can be dispatched at the earliest. Else we will notify you with estimated delivery time. You can wait for recommended time or can get a complete refund (within 48 hours 0f order placed). Some AV bundles are a collaboration of 2 or more brands and stock levels vary for each product. In these instances, when complete bundle is not in stock, we may organise part shipment.

Warranty Claims

AVbyUSB manages warranty issues for products purchased directly from our  team or website. Please note that we cannot assist with claims for items not bought through our platform.

Warranty Structures

• AVbyUSB sources products from various vendors and distributors, each with unique warranty structures and timeframes.

• Some manufacturers require customers to purchase additional "Annual Maintenance" linked to software updates for specific hardware.

Warranty Claims

• We strive to provide accurate information on our website regarding warranties.
• However, AVbyUSB is not responsible if a vendor or distributor declines a warranty claim, as this decision is at their discretion.
• For AV bundles combining multiple brands, individual warranty standards may differ

We encourage customers to inquire about warranty details before placing an order.

Assistance with Hardware Issues

If you encounter a hardware fault or issue, we can help you lodge a claim with the respective vendor or distributor. To process your claim, we require:

1. Proof of purchase
2. Serial number (S/N) of the unit(s)
3. Detailed description of the fault

Upon acceptance of your claim, the vendor or manufacturer typically creates a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). In some cases, you may need to send the unit directly to the vendor or distributor. Please note that in certan circumstances customers are responsible for any associated shipping costs.

Courier or Delivery Information

AVbyUSB sources products from multiple vendors and distributors. Our shipping process depends on product availability:

• In-stock items @ AVbyUSB: We arrange courier delivery promptly for products stocked in our warehouse.

• In-Stock @ Distributor Manufacturer: Orders are forwarded to the respective distributor  or manufacturer for processing.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, please note:

• Provide a correct physical delivery address with clear instructions.
• We do not ship to PO box addresses.

Address Changes and Liability

• If an incorrect delivery address is provided and the item has been dispatched, AVbyUSB cannot be held responsible for the package.

• Customers are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible to update any address changes.

• While we will attempt to accommodate address changes, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for products once they are out of our control.

We strongly advise double-checking all delivery information before finalizing your order to avoid any potential issues with shipping.
