Q. Does the Barco base require an Internet Connection?
Ans.

No, once the Barco is provisioned, the unit does not require internet for content sharing or conferencing. As long as the host Laptop/Computer is on a reliable bandwidth, gets the work done.


Q. Is it recommended to connect Barco to the network?
Ans.

It is recommended to connect Barco base to the network. Supports Miracast & IOS if on the network. Further,  having ClickShare application on host laptop, you can connect to content share using this application without the Button. It will assist in Auto firmware updates (if enabled).


Q. What is the Difference Between Barco C5 & C10?
Ans.

Barco C5 is an entry level model that supports content sharing over single source and only supports single button. Where as C10 supports dual host(split screen) & two buttons. C10 also supports touchback, annotation & blackboarding.


Q. What is Barco Essential Care? Benefits of Essential Care?
Ans.

Barco Essential Care is a service contract that extendes standard Warranty to 5 years and provides priority support.
